Participation constitutes participant’s (“Participant”) full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Terms and Conditions. The “Orville Redenbacher’s Movie Rental Giveaway” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01:00 am EST on April 14, 2017 and ends at 11:59:00 pm EST on June 9, 2017 (“Promotion Period”). ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in his or her state, or territory of residence at time of submission: 18 years of age in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi to be eligible to participate in Promotion or receive a complimentary movie rental code (“Complimentary Movie Rental Code”).  The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. HOW IT WORKS: During the Promotion Period, a pre-determined, variable number of Complimentary Movie Rental Codes will be made available, at pre-determined, variable times throughout. Participant (“Participant”) must: visit Orville.com\heroes, if Complimentary Movie Rental Codes are available during the time of the visit, the Participant will be prompted to provide full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes allowed), telephone number and email address and agree to the Official Terms and Conditions of the Promotion; and submit; if there are no Complimentary Movie Rental Codes available at the time of visit, Participant may sign up to receive an email reminder when more Complimentary Movie Rental Codes are available. Fifty Thousand (50,000) Complimentary Movie Rental Codes will be made available; only Good While Supplies Last. Approximate Retail Value of the Complimentary Movie Rental Code: $3.99. Complimentary Movie Rental Codes are good for one (1) online movie rental from a Sponsor-determined selection of four (4) movies. Complimentary Movie Rental Codes expire July 9, 2017; terms and conditions of online movie rental service apply. Message and data rates may apply if participant enters Promotion or accesses online movie rental service via mobile device. Automated submissions (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

LIMIT: Only one (1) Complimentary Movie Rental Code per email, household or device. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all submissions from any Participant/s who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper performance of this Promotion.

Allow one (1) to two (2) days for email delivery of Complimentary Movie Rental Code following receipt and verification of all required documentation.
