Each potential Prize Winner will be initially contacted via email and will be required to provide a mailing address and the grand prize winner may also be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and/or an IRS W-9 Form within seven (7) calendar days of notification by Sponsor.
The grand prize winner will receive one (1) $5,000 Cash Prize (“Grand Prize”). Two (2) first prize winners will each receive one (1) $250 The Home Depot e-Gift Card (each a “First Prize”). The gift card may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the merchant issuing the gift card, including an expiration date. No more than three (3) prizes will be awarded. The aggregate ARV for all prizes is $5,500.
Each prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded.
