1) Eligibility: The “Godiva Coffee Savor Summer Together Sweepstakes” (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Peet’s Coffee & Tea (“Sponsor”), Godiva Chocolatier, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, rule or regulation. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all matters.
2) Description: The Sponsor is offering the Promotion in which winners will be determined and prizes awarded based on a random selection from all eligible entries received. The Promotion begins June 1, 2012 at 1:00:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends August 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM PT, (“Overall Promotion Period”). Within the Overall Promotion Period there are twelve (12) drawing periods (“Weekly Drawing Periods”) conducted per the schedule below, in which one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the end of each Weekly Drawing Period.

Entries received in any given Weekly Drawing Period will be “rolled forward” for inclusion in subsequent Weekly Drawing Periods; however there is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
