1. HOW TO ENTER. During Sweepstakes Period (10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) 06/21/2012 – 11:59 p.m. MDT 07/5/2012), go to the official International Delight page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/InternationalDelight/app_403359706360567).Click on the “Like” button to like the International Delight page. Then click on the “Win Iced Coffee” tab, complete the official entry form with your name, residential (street) address, e‑mail address, daytime phone number and date of birth, then submit as directed. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you are providing your information to WhiteWave Foods Company, not to Facebook; the collection and use of your information is governed by WhiteWave Foods Company’s privacy policy, which may be found at http://internationaldelight.com/Privacy-Policy.
2. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. Limit of one (1) entry per Facebook User Id per day during Sweepstakes Period. Violation of this entry limit may result in disqualification of all entries. Entries must be manually key-stroked by entrant; use of programmed, robotic or like means to enter (including third party sweepstakes services) is prohibited. Receipt of entries may be acknowledged by Sponsor; but, if applicable, acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute any representation by Sponsor as to Sweepstakes eligibility. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt or proof of entry in Sweepstakes. In the event of dispute as to ownership of entry, entry shall be deemed made by the person to whom the User Id associated with that entry was assigned by Facebook.
3. RANDOM DRAWING. Winners will be selected by Sponsor via random drawing from among all eligible entries received during a given day. Non-winning entries from a given day’s drawing will NOT be retained for subsequent daily drawings. Drawings will take place each day. Potential winners will be notified by email and should receive their prizes via U.S.P.S. mail within 4 – 6 weeks after selection. If potential winner cannot be contacted (i.e., the return of a prize as being undeliverable) or if potential winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules (including not being eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes), such potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited without compensation of any kind, with an alternate potential winner being selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable day drawing.
4. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING. Grand Prize (14,000 Total; 1,000 per day) – one free product coupon redeemable for any International Delight iced coffee product (one-half gallon). Approx. Retail Value: $3.99 each. Coupon is subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon, including expiration date. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each day’s drawing.
5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Any expenses related to acceptance or use of prize which are not specified in these Official Rules as well as all taxes on prize are winner’s sole responsibility. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize except where required by law. Prizes are not transferable. Limit (1) prize per household/family/address.
