You will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for registering. After registering, access the Sweepstakes Application on the 16th of each month (a “Rally Day”) beginning on 6/16/12 during the Promotion Period between 12:00:01 a.m. ET and 11:59:59 p.m. ET to “Join the Rally” and get one (1) entry into the monthly Rally Day drawing for that month (“Rally Day Entry”) and one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Eighty (80) Monthly Rally Day Second Prizes (16 per Monthly Rally Day drawing): a one year supply of ThermaCare products, consisting sixteen (16) 2-ct packages of ThermaCare® HeatWraps; ARV: $112 each. A year supply is equal to 16 units (32 HeatWraps).
Odds of winning any prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing applicable to that prize.
If a winner cannot accept a prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by Winner permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Limit: One (1) Rally Day First Prize and one (1) Rally Day Second Prize per person and per household. Rally Day prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Maximum total ARV of all prizes: $45,460.
