ELIGIBILITY: The Lindor Truffles “What’s At Your Center?” Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 3. TIMING: The Promotion begins on 11/1/11 at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ends on 6/30/12 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Promotion Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, a “Day” is defined as a consecutive twenty-four hour time period during the Promotion Period starting at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

HOW TO PLAY THE ONLINE INSTANT WIN GAME: During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked package of Lindor Truffles (5.1 oz. bags or larger – select varieties) and look inside for an instant win game insert (“Insert”). Then, go to www.LINDORcenter.com (the “Website”) to play the Online Instant Win Game. If you have not already registered for the Promotion, you must complete a one-time Promotion Registration. If you have already registered for the Promotion, you must log-in to the Website by entering your username and password created during registration. Once you’re logged in to the Website, enter the code found on your in-pack Insert to play the Online Instant Win Game. You may obtain a free code to play the Online Instant Win Game by clicking on “Get A Free Game Code” when instructed after logging into the Website. Follow the instructions to complete your Online Instant Win Game play. At the conclusion of your Online Instant Win Game play, you will be informed if you have won a prize via email at the email address provided during registration (subject to verification of eligibility). A minimum of one (1) computer generated winning time for each Day of the Promotion Period will be randomly generated to award twenty thousand two hundred forty three (20,243) Online Instant Win Game prizes. If you are the first player to play the Online Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. If you are a potential winner, you will be provided with instructions on how to claim your prize via your email address provided during registration after your Online Instant Win Game play is completed. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: All potential winners (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a prize.
