• HOW TO REGISTER & PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, visit www.subway.com and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the required information and register. Participant may register at www.subway.comonline or via Participant’s web enabled Mobile Device. Limit one (1) registration per email address. A Participant can only use one (1) email address to register. Eligible registrants will be deemed Promotion Participants (each a “Participant”).Once registered, follow the onscreen instructions to input Participant’s Code to play the Game. Returning Participants will be required to input their email address and a Code.Participant will get (1) Game Play for each Code Participant submits. Limit (3) Game Plays per Participant per day. A day (“Day”) is defined as beginning 12:00:00 AM start of day ET through 11:59:59 PM ET end of day.   C	Complimentary Codes – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To receive free, unique Complimentary Codes: In no event, will a Participant receive more than 183 Complimentary Codes throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the method of the Participant’s request. From 4/15/12 to 6/1/12, a Participant should legibly write his/her name, complete street address and valid email address on a properly stamped 3½” x 5” postal card and mail it, postmarked no later than 6/1/12, to: SUBWAY® BATTLESHIP INSTANT WIN GAME & SWEEPSTAKES ALTERNATIVE ENTRY Complimentary Code Request, P.O.   F	Email Blast Codes: Select SUBWAY® Email Blasts during the Promotion Period may include a Code. Promotional Email Blasts will be sent to those persons who have opted in to receive promotional emails via subway.com (formerly subwayfreshbuzz.com).
  G	Supplementary Codes: Various types of Supplementary Codes may be available throughout the Promotion Period, at Sponsor’s discretion.

  After playing the Game, Participant will immediately receive an onscreen message (“Message”) indicating whether or not Participant is the winner of a Game Prize (subject to verification and eligibility) and if the Participant is a winner, which prize he/she has won (subject to verification and eligibility). Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the claim form. If Participant’s Message does not indicate Participant is the winner of a Game Prize, indicates any non-winning Message, or a blank screen appears, or Participant does not receive a Message, Participant is not eligible to claim a Game Prize.

  Game Prize Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning a Game Prize will depend upon the Prize Level(s) Participant is eligible for and date and time of Participant’s play.

  • Type 4 and 5 Game Prizes will be awarded as a check. Type 4 and Type 5 Game Prizes will be awarded by mail within 6-8 weeks from the end of the Promotion Period. Potential Type 4 and Type 5 Game Prize Winners will be notified via email and potential Game Prize Winner (and parent/legal guardian if potential Game Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within any stated time period or return of any Type 4 or Type 5 Game Prize/Game Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification without further notice. • GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING & PRIZE:(1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 6/21/12 from among all eligible Participants who have reached the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Level. Random drawing will be conducted by PrizeLogic LLC an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final (“Judges”). Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible Grand Prize Sweepstakes entries received.The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will receive a check in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000). Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as the prize. No substitution or transfer of Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize by Winner permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner.Potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about 6/26/12. Potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner (and parent/legal guardian if potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will then be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery of same. • PUBLICITY RIGHTS: Acceptance of any Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use any Prize Winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a Prize Winners list, unless prohibited by law.
• RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By accepting any Prize, Winners (and parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to hold Sponsor, Promotion Entities, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, promotion agencies and assigns, (collectively “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of acceptance, redemption, and/or use of any Prize. Winners (and parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion or use or redemption of any Prize. Participants (and parent/legal guardian if Participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability and damages.
• GENERAL RULES: The total approximate retail value of all Prizes (Game and Sweepstakes) available to be won in the Promotion is Two Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Dollars ($294,000.00). Prize Winners winning a Prize or Prizes with an aggregate approximate retail value of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) or more will be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information and will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total aggregate value of the prize(s) won. If a Participant submits more than the stated number of Codes/entries/requests/Game Plays permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that a Participant attempted to obtain additional Codes/entries/Game Plays by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all Game Plays/entries/requests submitted by the Participant may be declared null and void. By participating in this Promotion, Participants (and parent/legal guardian if Participant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the Judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
