How to enter: Beginning at 12:00:01AM EST on 3/4/12 through 11:59:59PM EDT on 6/2/12, consumers are invited to enter this Sweepstakes one of two ways. 1) MAIL-IN ENTRY: hand print your name, address, zip code and daytime phone number on a Sweepstakes entry form found in certain retail outlets or on a 3” X 5” piece of paper, then mail your completed entry to: Colace® Comfort Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 724, Southport, CT 06890. 2) ONLINE ENTRY: Visit www.ColaceComfort.com and fill out the Sweepstakes entry page. You will be required to submit your name, address, zip code, daytime telephone number, email address and birth date to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Purdue Products L.P. (“or Purdue Products’”) and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Online entry will also provide opportunity to register you for other offers from the Sponsor. All online entries will be subject to Purdue Products’ Privacy Policy. All mailed entries must be mailed separately, and must be postmarked by the Thursday prior to the Sunday cutoff for that week’s drawing. DRAWING. Winners will be selected in 13 weekly random drawings on Monday of each week starting on or about 3/12/12 from among all eligible entries received the previous week. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email and winners’ names will be posted on www.ColaceComfort.com. If a winner cannot be located, or fails to claim prize (including returning signed prize claim documents, if required under Rule 3) within seven (7) days after delivery or attempted delivery of notification, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Final drawing will take place on or about 6/6/12.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $50,600. Sponsor shall solely determine which prize is awarded in each of the drawings. All taxes on prizes and expenses not specifically listed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Entries will not be carried over from earlier weekly drawings. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, where permitted. If a winner is a minor under applicable state law, parent or guardian must sign prize claim documents.
ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM EST on 3/4/12 and ends at 11:59:59PM EDT on 6/2/12. Open only to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.), 18 years and older. Employees, directors and officers of Purdue Products L.P. and each of their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible. By submitting an entry and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, biography, voice, video and/or photograph for advertising in this or similar promotions without compensation unless prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements.
GENERAL. No cash substitution of prize will be permitted and prize is non-refundable and non-transferable except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of Spotlight Marketing (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.ColaceCapsules.com and the prizes will be awarded based on a random drawing that Sponsor will conduct from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination.
