1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to participate in Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes starts May 14, 2012 at 12:00:01 p.m. ET and ends June 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
To be eligible to enter, you must first sign up for a Facebook account. To submit an entry into the Sweepstakes go to www.briskfeeltheforce.com, then from the Lipton Brisk “Star Wars” page you will be prompted to sign in to your Facebook account. Once you are signed in, submit your name and email address, where indicated, for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you do not have a Facebook account, you must sign up for a free Facebook account at www.facebook.com before entering the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) online entry per name/address and per Facebook account/email address per day. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except the first day of the Sweepstakes Period in which case the first day is defined as beginning 12:00:01 p.m. ET and ending 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the same day. The computer clock of Facebook’s webmaster is the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.
It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Pepsi-Lipton Tea Partnership (“Sponsor”) in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. To do so, go to the Registration page and follow the instructions on how to update your profile.
2. PRIZES:
Grand Prizes: Twenty Seven (27) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Kinect Star Wars™ Bundle which includes a Limited Edition R2-D2 inspired 320GB X360 console, Kinect Sensor, C-3P0 inspired controller, Kinect Star Wars™ Game and Kinect Adventures Game. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) $450 each.
First Prizes: One hundred and fifty (150) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of Kinect Bundle which includes a 4GB X360 console, Kinect Sensor, Kinect Star Wars™ Game and Kinect AdventuresGame. ERV $350 each.
Second Prizes: Seven hundred fifty five (755) Second Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a one-year Gold Subscription to Xbox Live. ERV $60.
Third Prizes: Two hundred (200) Third Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a Kinect Star Wars™ Game. ERV $50.
Total ERV of all prizes: $119,950. Limit one (1) prize per name and/or e-mail address and/or household.
3. DRAWING: All winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about July 5, 2012 by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY: YOU MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT RESIDING IN THE 50 U.S. STATES AND D.C. THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award.
