AccuSharp 015C is an amazing sharpener. Excellent choices, I have always been a fan of the AccuSharp 015C knife Sharpener because they are exceptional but a close second would have to be the bench made.I’ve had a AccuSharp 015C for a few years now and I’m also really happy with it.This seems like it’d be perfect!
