• Daily Prizes: (122 total, 61 from the Best Foods Page and 61 from the Hellmann’s Page – 1prize per Entry Page per day): A Sponsor-selected $50 Grocery Gift Card. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Certain restrictions and an expiration date may apply to gift cards. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person.
• General Rules: Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants (and their parents or legal guardians, if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Administrators, are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Entry process, Promotion or Site; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address or mobile phone subscription used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of a mobile phone subscription is the natural person in whose name the account has been issued and to whom services are billed. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award all daily prizes from among all eligible Entries received per Entry Page prior to cancellation and conduct the Grand Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or any prize awarded. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of Entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Brightline Partners, LLC, Verizon FiOS, Facebook, each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. Winners (or the parent/guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, including death, by participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, Entrant (or parent/legal guardian if Entrant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, attorneys’ fees.
