1. GAME CODES: An official game code (“Game Code”) is required to play this Game. Game Codes can be found on specially-marked packages of HERSHEY®‘S KISSES® 12 oz. bags, REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures 12 oz. bags, YORK®Peppermint Patties 12 oz. bags, HERSHEY®‘S MINIATURES 12 oz. bags, HERSHEY®‘s Milk Chocolate 1.55 oz. Bars, HERSHEY®‘s Milk Chocolate with Almonds 1.45 oz. Bars, REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cups 1.5 oz., KIT KAT® 1.5 oz. Bars and HERSHEYS®‘s Syrup (24 oz. size) (located on back of the bottle) available at participating stores (while supplies last). Not all products and package sizes may participate in all areas. HOW TO PLAY: Visit www.hersheys.com/avengers (the “Web site”), beginning 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) ET on March 16, 2012 until 11:59:59 a.m. ET on September 30, 2012 and click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Game page. Enter your Game Code (exactly as it appears on the package or Game Code Request received via the mail), e-mail address, and any other required information and click on the indicated instant-win area to find out if you’re a winner (a “Play”). Randomly-selected times during the Game Period will be chosen by Sponsor, and the first entrant who completes a Play (whose Play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor’s computer) on or immediately after a randomly selected time will win a prize. If you receive a message stating, CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’VE WON…, you win the prize stated (subject to verification). Non-winning messages will read, SORRY, YOU DIDN’T WIN. If you win a prize, you will receive prize claim instructions at the time of playing (subject to verification). Plays must be received by no later 11:59:59 a.m. ET on September 30, 2012 to be eligible to win. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Game.
