The Entenmann’s Free Donuts For A Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 23, 2012 (The “Promotion Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Orograin Bakeries Sales, Inc., d/b/a Entenmann’s Bakery (“Sponsor”), with a principal place of business at 255 Business Center Drive, Horsham, Pennsylvania 19044. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Certain restrictions may apply. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry. The respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, trustees, advertising and promotion agencies, employees and agents of the Sponsor, and the immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households, whether or not related, of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit Entenmanns.com/nationaldonutday and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit an official entry form to receive one (1) entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 23, 2012 to be considered. Limit: Each entrant may enter only one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated daily number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, a day is understood to begin at 12:00:01 am ET and end at 11:59:59 pm ET that same day.

RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received and combined on or about June 30, 2012. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail on or about July 15, 2012 and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZES:

One hundred (100) Grand Prizes: Entenmann’s Donuts for a year, awarded as fifty two (52) coupons, each redeemable for any Entenmann’s Donuts, up to $6.00 in value. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize package is $312.
Five hundred (500) First Prizes: An Entenmann’s Donut Man Plush Toy. ARV of each First Prize is $6.
Two hundred fifty (250) Second Prizes: An Entenmann’s 10 oz. Mug. ARV of each Second Prize is $5.
Two hundred fifty (250) Third Prizes: An Entenmann’s Sports Bag. ARV of each Third Prize is $5.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire on December 31, 2013. Coupons may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. Void where prohibited. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.. Total ARV of all prizes: $35,450.
