1. ELIGIBILITY: The Blue Bunny® VIP Vacation Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are members of the Blue Bunny iScream Team (see Rule 3, below, for details on becoming a member). Employees, officers and directors of Wells Enterprises, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, any other entities involved in the production and execution of this Promotion, and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, siblings and children, whether biological, adoptive, step or in-law) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

ENTRY PERIODS: Entry into the Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time on April 2, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Central Time on May 14, 2012 (the “Promotion Entry Period”), with intervening weekly deadlines for weekly prize giveaways. The weekly periods (each referred to herein as a “Week”) are as follows:

3. iSCREAM TEAM: You must be a member of the Blue Bunny iScream Team to participate and enter the Promotion. No purchase is required to become an iScream Team member. To become a member, visit www.bluebunny.com (the “Website”) and click on the “Join the iScream Team” link in the upper right corner, next to the search bar, and follow the instructions.

4. DAILY ENTRY: In order to obtain an initial daily entry into the Promotion (called the “Daily Entry”), iScream Team members must visit the Website during the Promotion Entry Period and sign in (by entering your registered email address and password or by becoming a new iScream Team member). Once signed in, iScream Team members must select the “Play Now” button on the Blue Bunny® VIP Vacation homepage graphic, which will lead you to the online Trivia Game (“Game”). Your time and order of Daily Entry into the Promotion will be the time at which you complete a Successful Play (as defined below) on a Day (for purposes of this Promotion, a “Day” shall run from 12:00:00 p.m. [noon] on one day until 11:59:59 a.m. the next day) during the Promotion Entry Period that results in a Successful Play. Directions for the Game can be found on the Website. You must play the Game, and achieve the minimum score or achievement level as set forth below for the Game. The first time you select and play the Game on any given Day during the Promotion and achieve the minimum score or achievement level as set forth below for the Game, such Game play shall be considered a “Successful Play.” In order to have a Successful Play in the Game, you must provide one (1) correct answer to a multiple-choice trivia question and select the button that states “Enter Now”. If you answer the trivia question incorrectly or close out of the Website or Game without selecting “Enter Now,” your Daily Entry will not be included in the Promotion. You can only have one Successful Play per Day, so if you answer subsequent trivia questions correctly and select “Enter Now” after you have already received a Daily Entry on any given Day, you will not be entered again (unless you earn a Bonus Entry – as explained in Rule 5, below). Your scores or achievements in the Game will not impact your standing or chances to win a prize in the Promotion (other than that you must achieve the minimum score/achievement level in order to be deemed a Successful Play and in order for your Daily Entry to be included in the Promotion). The Game must be played by an individual. Use of robotic, automatic, mechanical or programmed methods to participate or play the Game in this Promotion will result in disqualification.

Limit one Daily Entry into the Promotion per person and per iScream Team member per Day; however, you may play the Game for fun as many times as you would like per Day.
