Ghirardelli Chocolate Company & Infineon Raceway 2012 Sweepstakes

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, February 28th, 2011 at 9 a.m. E.T. and ends on March 13th, 2012 at 12 a.m. E.T. (the “Entry Period”). You can enter this sweepstakes by visiting a participating Ghirardelli store location or the promotional website to enter.

Only one entry per person.

Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All entrants must have email access as of February 28th 2012. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and Infineon Raceway (“Sponsors”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

Prize:
Each winner will receive one (1) Ghirardelli Chocolate bar signed by the Daytona 500 winner, one (1) 80ct bag of chocolate, two (2) coupons for a free sundae from Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shops, two (2) weekend passes to the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway June 22nd- June 24th , and an Infineon Raceway hat and t-shirt. Winner is responsible for all travel and lodging expenditures as a result of winning.

Drawing:

All prize winners will be determined on or about March 16th by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the entry period. The random drawing shall be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified via email.
