1. Contest Eligibility:  The Contest consists of a random drawing from prospective entrants who are legal residents of the United States and D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), 18 years of age or older (the “Contestants”) and submitted their contact information through the Silk Fruit and Protein Contest Facebook tab.  This Contest consists of daily drawings. Sixty (60) selected Entrants each day will win one (1) coupon for a free quart of SILK Fruit and Protein and five (5) coupons each valid for $1.00 toward the purchase price of a quart or half-gallon of SILK Fruit and Protein. The tab will open for entries on February 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MST”), and will close March 28, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. MST. The potential winning of a prize is subject to verification, as set forth in paragraph 3.  Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor; members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses); and/or persons living in the same households as such persons (whether or not related thereto) are ineligible to enter the Contest.
