Promotions may run anytime from January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoter, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws apply.
Winners will be eligible to win a four or six-night stay at Cerritos Surf Colony in Todos Santos, Mexico. The winner will also receive a $500 American Express gift card. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received during the promotional period for the specific promotion. Participants will be allowed to enter the promotion one time per day during the promotional period.
Total ARV of all prizes is $600. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value. No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted. All claimed prizes will be awarded.
