1. Promotion Period: The Dunkin’ Donuts 20 Dozen Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at or about 7:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) or whatever time the participating restaurant officially opens on 1/1/12 and ends at or about 11:59:59 pm ET on 1/1/12, or when all prizes are awarded, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal US residents who are currently residing in New York, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Massachusetts, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their participation. Employees, directors and officers of Dunkin’ Brands Inc. (“Sponsor”), Bottlerocket Marketing Group, LLC (“Administrator”), and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiary companies, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) and employees, directors and officers of Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees, and members of the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household of each of any of the foregoing are not eligible. Void everywhere else outside of New York, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, or where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. 3. How To Participate/Win A Prize: Starting at 7:00 am ET or whatever time the participating restaurant officially opens on 1/1/12, the first twenty (20) eligible customers in line (including drive-thru customers) at a participating Dunkin’ Donuts location (“Participating Location(s)”) will each be potential prize winners, and, once confirmed, will each receive the prize detailed below. The determination of eligible customers and the determination of the “first twenty (20) in line” will be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor representatives on site.
