By participating in the RealCup&trade Single Serve Beverage Sampling Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), participants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions. The decisions of Mother Parker’s Tea & Coffee Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and any third party engaged to assist in administering the Giveaway (the “Administrator”) are final. Information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.mother-parkers.com/Pages/default.aspx. 

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway will take place from September 30, 2013 to October 31, 2013 or while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”).

1. The Giveaway will end on October 31, 2013 or when 200,000 Free RealCup™ 3 pack samples have been requested, whichever date is sooner. The Giveaway is based on a first come first serve basis. All times are Eastern Standard Times. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway, but participants must provide their first name, last name, mailing address and email address to be eligible to participate.

1. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) who have reached the age of thirteen (13) as of September 30, 2013. Participants must have a valid e-mail account and a Facebook account to participate. Only one (1) Facebook account may be used per participant. Participants will be required to provide their first and last name, mailing address and email address to be eligible to participate.
