1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a Contest starting on November 1, 2014 at 9:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ending on January 28, 2015 at 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time (“CST”) (the “Promotion Period”), and a Sweepstakes with multiple entry deadlines ending December 23, 2014 CST (see Rule #3 for Sweepstakes Entry Periods).

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or Washington, D.C., be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after November 1, 2014, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Big Heart Pet Brands (the “Sponsor”), or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, service agencies, or advertising and promotion agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”), and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION:During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Promotion at BigHeartPetHolidays.com (the “Website”) and follow the instructions to register (or log in if you have already registered) by submitting your complete and accurate information (including first and last name, full mailing address, email address, and phone number) and confirming that you are at least 18 years of age (“Registration Form”). You will then be prompted to: (i) upload an eligible image of your plans for a “dream dog house”, or (ii) type a text description of your “dream dog house” or indoor dog space within the field provided (maximum of 2,000 characters), and (iii) accept these Official Rules and Regulations. Once you have completed these steps, your image or text description will be submitted into the Contest (your image or text description, together with your Registration Form, an “Entry” or a “Submission”; see Rule #3.1 below for Submission Requirements), and, if received before December 23, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM CST, you will also receive one (1) entry into the next drawing for a Sweepstakes Prize (each a “Sweepstakes Entry”) (see Rule #6(b) for draw dates and Sweepstakes Prize details).
