Monster Energy Company (“Monster”) is offering the “Monster Energy® Chance to Win the Ultimate Conor McGregor Experience in Ireland Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), and by entering, entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of Monster, which are final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, January 1, 2018, US Pacific Time and ends April 30, 2018 at 11:59 PM, US Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Monster’s computer is the official timekeeping device for entry in the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on April 30, 2018.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry; and have a valid US Passport with six (6) months validity from October of 2018. How To Enter: Entrants wishing to enter the Sweepstakes may do so by visiting www.monsterenergy.com/McGregor click on the Sweepstakes registration link and complete the on-line registration by providing the following information: first name, last name, State of residence, a valid email address, date of birth, and telephone number including area code. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. There is a limit of one (1) entry, per eligible person during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method.
Prizes: One Hundred and Eleven (111) prizes are available to be won.
Grand Prize: One (1) “Grand Prize” available. Grand Prize includes: (a) round-trip airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her 1 guest (guest must be aged 18+ with a valid US Passport with six months validity from October 2018) to Ireland; (b) hotel room stay (single room; double occupancy) for five (5) nights; (c) an Ultimate Conor McGregor Experience with admittance for two (2) to Conor McGregor’s home training gym to meet Conor McGregor and train with his MMA trainer (subject to Mr. McGregor’s availability); and (d) one thousand United States Dollars (USD $1,000) spending money. Each Grand Prize’s (ARV) is: $6,000. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $6,000. ARV’s are subject to change based upon current market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize.
First Prize: Ten (10) “First Prizes” available. First Prize includes: (a) round-trip airfare for the First Prize Winner and his/her 1 guest (guest must be aged 18+) to Las Vegas, Nevada; (b) hotel room stay (single room; double occupancy) for four (4) nights; (c) two (2) VIP elite tickets to UFC International Fight Week; and (d) one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money. Each First Prize ARV is $4,400. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $44,000.
Second Prize: One hundred (100) “Second Prizes” available. Second Prize includes: (a) one (1) Xbox One gaming console; and (b) a copy of the EA SPORTS™ UFC® 3 game for the Xbox One gaming console. Each Second Prize ARV is $459. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $45,900.
