1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve (12)-‐month period preceding the start date of the Giveaway).
2. GIVEAWAY TIMING: Giveaway begins at 12 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Monday, April 15, 2013,
and ends on or about July 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT or while supplies last (the “Giveaway Period”).
3. TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, visit the CRACKER JACK’D brand website page located at http://www.CrackerJackD.com (the “Website”) and log in via Facebook or Twitter to become a fan or follower. Then, enter your e-‐mail address in the Giveaway application and follow online instructions to complete and submit the registration during the Giveaway Period. If you are already a fan of the CRACKER JACK’D Facebook page, visit the Website and click on the Sample Giveaway application. All Entries must be received and recorded while supplies last during Giveaway Period.. Sponsor’s time clock is the official clock. Entrants must have a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person/Facebook or Twitter account.
4. WINNERS: The first 1000 eligible persons each day during the Giveaway Period who complete the entry form on the CRACKER JACK)’D website will each receive one (1) product sample of CRACKER JACK(R)’D brand Snacks With Impact™ while supplies last, as described in Paragraph 5, below, the flavor of which shall be determined solely by Sponsor.
5. GIVEAWAY DETAILS: Each winner will receive one (1) product sample of CRACKER JACK’D brand Snacks With Impact™ in one (1) of the following flavors: (i) CRACKER JACK’D brand Snacks With Impact™ Hearty Mix Cheddar BBQ 3 oz., (ii) CRACKER JACK’D brand Snacks With Impact™ Hearty Mix Zesty Queso
3 oz. (the “Giveaway”). Approximate Retail Value of each giveaway: $.1.99. Winner must accept Giveaway as stated by Sponsor or Giveaway will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of a Giveaway permitted by the winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Limit one (1) Giveaway per person/Facebook or Twitter account..
