Hanging Around

One of the darkest rockers on The Stranglers’ 1977 debut, the landmark Rattus Norvegicus, “Hanging Around” is at once a romantic and ominous portrait of the lonely, late-night denizens the group encountered while working London’s gritty pub circuit.
