1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Beginning 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/28/12 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/3/12 (“Promotion Period”), eligible consumers who visit Facebook.com/itoen.TeasTea and “Like” the page will have the opportunity to play the instant win game, and will be automatically entered in the Grand Prize random drawing (as described in Rule #4) for the chance to win a 2012 Toyota^® Prius v2.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Game/Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older as of date of entry. Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of prize notification in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Employees of Ito En (North America) Inc., D.L. Blair, Inc., Bozuko, Inc., prize providers and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each Released Party, are not eligible.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.

3. HERE’S HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: During the Promotion Period, visit Facebook.com/itoen.TeasTea and follow the on-screen instructions to register and play the instant win game, and receive an Official Game Message.  If the Official Game Message includes the words: “You Win,” you are an instant winner of the prize specified, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  If the Official Game Message includes the words, “You are not an instant winner,” or indicates any other non-winning message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a message, you are not an instant winner.  All plays/entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 9/3/12. Limit one game play/entry per email address per calendar day.  Each entrant’s play/entry must be associated with only a single email address. Each entrant may use only one email address to participate in this Game/Sweepstakes and the same email address may not be used by more than one entrant.  Each play/entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person assigned to the email address by the entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such person’s email address. Instant Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology.  Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will depend upon the date and time of your play. Potential instant winners will be notified/verified by mail, telephone and/or email, and prizes will be sent 6 – 8 weeks after verification has been completed.

4. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/7/12 from among all eligible entries received.  Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight mail, telephone and/or email. Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age as of the date of prize notification in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize.

5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event any Instant Win First and Second Prizes are unclaimed, prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance drawing from among all eligible entries received for the Grand Prize random drawing. Second Chance drawing, if applicable, will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc. on or about 9/25/12. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Instant Win First and Second Prizes available. Winner(s) will be notified by mail, telephone and/or email.
6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: A 2012 Toyota Prius v2 (ARV: $26,400) (ARV is based on 2012 manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”) of base model, and is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the MSRP is estimated for purposes of these rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for registration, license, title, insurance, taxes/ travel/transportation and other fees and expenses associated with acceptance of his/her prize. Grand Prize winner must be a U.S. licensed driver and have proof of insurance to take delivery of vehicle from an authorized dealer as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Delivery Site”) within the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A, Inc. (“TMS”) shall be solely responsible for any express written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner’s Guide for the vehicle.  TMS shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. TMS, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to deliver the vehicle within 150 days after verification of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must retrieve his/her Grand Prize from the Delivery Site within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice of its availability at the Delivery Site.  Grand Prize winner bears risk of loss/damage to his/her Grand Prize after its delivery to him/her at the Delivery Site. (500ml) bottle of any TEAS’ TEA product (ARV: $1.99 ea.). Terms and conditions on coupons apply. Total ARV of all prizes: $52,959.95. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one Instant Win prize per household, with the exception of the Sixth Prize coupons.

7. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (and parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 14 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void.    Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade (including a winners list) without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrants/winners (and parent/legal guardian if entrant/winner is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and Facebook from and against any and all claims, liability and damages arising out of participation in this Game/Sweepstakes and acceptance, use or misuse of prize. By participating in this Game/Sweepstakes, entrants (and parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. Claims related to or arising from this Game/Sweepstakes may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning Official Game Messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level(s). In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offer or administration of the Game/Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME/SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Game/Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Game/Sweepstakes. Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail provider or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Game/Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures affect the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Game/Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted at Facebook.com/itoen.TeasTea  and the drawing for all remaining prizes may be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination in accordance with procedures established by Sponsor.  Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated in these Official Rules.

8. WINNERS: To receive a list of winners of prizes valued at $25 or more, send an email to winners.list.request@dlblairsweeps.com with WINNERS 7283 as the subject line.  Requests must be received by 9/3/12. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified.
