The “Bud Light & Bud Light Lime Amplify Your Summer Instant Win Game” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Anheuser-Busch, LLC, One Busch Place, St. Louis, MO 63118 (“Sponsor”), and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, an independent judging organization, 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033 (“Administrator” or “Prize Logic”).
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins on June 15, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 14, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to residents of the United States (except CA) who are age 21 years or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective owners, parent companies, affiliates, wholesale distributors, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, advertising, promotion and production agencies, agents and all retail licensees and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in California, Puerto Rico, the United States Possessions and Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO PLAY: Two (2) Ways to Play: (a) Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Promotion quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the QR reader application already installed on your phone. You will then be directed to a mobile Web page at http://amplifyyoursummer.budlight.com where you may complete and submit a play for your chance to win a prize (a “Play”). Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of a Play. To scan a QR code, participants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device . You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader for your specific device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. (b) Visit http://amplifyyoursummer.budlight.com and you will be redirected to Facebook; look for the Bud Light & Bud Light Lime Amplify Your Summer Instant Win Game application, and follow the online instructions to complete and submit a play for a chance to win a prize (also a “Play”). All entries must be received and recorded during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s designated official judging organization’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion. No other forms of Play are valid. Limit one (1) Play per person per calendar day. A “calendar day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day of the Promotion beginning at 12:00 p.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

For all prizes: Winner must accept prize as specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Limit one (1) Instant Win First Prize per person; limit one (1) Instant-Win Second Prize per person; limit one (1) Instant-Win Third Prize per person; limit one (1) Instant-Win Fourth Prize per person; limit one (1) Instant Win Fifth Prize per person; limit one (1) Instant Win Sixth Prize per person and limit one (1) Instant Win Seventh Prize per person.
Odds of Winning a Prize. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible Plays received and the order in which they are received.
B. ARV: The ARV of all Prizes is $1,366,119.40.
5. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES:
A. One thousand (1,000) prizes will be randomly awarded on each calendar day of the Promotion as defined in Section 4(A) of these Official Rules. The first participant who completes a Play in accordance with these Official Rules on or immediately after a randomly-selected time during the Promotion Period will win a prize (subject to verification). If your mobile phone or computer screen displays a prize-winning message, you are a winner of the prize indicated (subject to verification). If your mobile phone or computer screen does not
display a prize-winning message, you are not a winner. All potential winners will be notified at the time of playing and will receive a prize-winning message (via text message or online), a digital code (“Code”) and a link to the applicable website to enter the code and redeem the prize. All prize claims are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible; is not in compliance with these Official Rules; declines to accept the Prize; or if the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited. The delivery to the Winner of a Prize will be completed on a Prize by Prize basis. Prize winners may be required to complete, sign and have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
