PRIZES:
Grand Trip Prize (1): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida. Trip includes coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida, standard hotel accommodations for four (4) (one (1) room, quad occupancy, for six (6) nights), and one (1) rental car for seven (7) days. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,500. If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of destination, no air transportation will be offered to the Grand Prize winner and/or guest(s), no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner with regards to travel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, and, if applicable, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Car rental subject to winner and/or guest holding a valid U.S. driver’s license and qualifying as an eligible driver under applicable car rental company policy (including the attainment of age 25) and other rental car company terms and conditions. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value except as otherwise set forth herein. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize portion. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. Guest (or, if child or legal ward of winner, winner) may also be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel. homas’® Product Prizes (2,900): A package of Thomas’ English Muffins or Bagels, awarded in the form of a $5.00 electronic coupon. ARV $5.00 each coupon. The total ARV of all prizes is $5.00. Face value of coupon is in US dollars. Unauthorized resale of a coupon will invalidate prize. The total value of a coupon must be redeemed at one (1) transaction. Any unused balance will not be awarded. Coupons must be surrendered at time of redemption. Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by Sponsor. Coupons expire thirty (30) days from the day the coupon was printed. Coupons may not be used online or in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Valid only in the U.S.A. at participating stores and void where prohibited. Prizes will be emailed in the form of an electronic coupon to the email address assigned to the applicable winner’s Facebook account. Winners must follow the directions provided in the prize email to download and install the coupon program and print the coupon. Winners must keep their web browser open throughout this process; closing out of the web browser prior to completing this process may result in forfeiture of prize.
5. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 14, 2012 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. INSTANT WIN PRIZE ALLOCATION & CONDITIONS: There will be up to three (3) prizes randomly assigned to a specific time during each Daily Period throughout the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of participation. The participant who first submits a valid game play on or, if no one plays at such time, immediately after the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the prize assigned to that time. If the participant is a potential winner of a prize, they will see a message onscreen informing them of the prize and will receive an email from Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours with instructions on how to redeem their prize. If a prize email is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, a potential winner fails to redeem or claim their prize within ten (10) days of notification, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Office Rules, prize will be forfeited. All federal, state, and local taxes (if any), will be the responsibility of the winners. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitution for any prize or any element thereof will occur except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
