HOW TO ENTER: The Kellogg’s™ 2012 Earth Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an online-only Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM (ET) on 4/1/12 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 6/30/12 (“Promotion Period”). Limit one (1) entry per email address/per person, per day.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are a legally licensed driver in their state of residence. Employees of Kellogg Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODD: One (1) Grand Prize: A 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco with Automatic Transmission – ARV $20,000. Color and options of vehicle are sole discretion of Sponsor. Vehicle prize must be picked up from a dealership designated by Sponsor. License, title, taxes, registration, insurance fees and all other costs associated with winning and subsequent use of vehicle are the responsibility of winner. Winner must possess a current, valid driver’s license in his/her state of residence. Winner will be required to show proof of valid driver’s license and insurance prior to taking
delivery of prize. Winner shall bear all risk and damage to vehicle after he/she has accepted delivery of it from dealership. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the
approximate retail value of the prize.
