NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE A DEVICE WITH INTERNET ACCESS IN ORDER TO ENTER.
The Promotion begins on March 20, 2012 at 12:00 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 29, 2012 at 11:59 am PT (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
How to Enter
To enter online, visit http://www.facebook.com/JollyTimePopCorn (the “Website”) and access the online entry form. You will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion upon successful completion and submission of the online entry form. You may enter as many times as you wish during the Promotion Period. Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. Entrants may then choose to opt-out of future email notifications.
Unlimited entries per person, per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor or Administrator and will not be returned.
5. Winners Selection
Prize Drawing: At the conclusion of the promotion one hundred (100) First Prize Winners and Twenty Five (25) Second Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The potential winners will be notified via the email address they provided at the time of registration. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.
7. Verification of Potential Winner(s)
Winner(s) must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.
8. Prizes
First Prize: ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize Winner will receive one 7-10oz. box of the twelve flavors of JOLLY TIME® Pop Corn (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” – $2.29) receiving the most consumer votes during the Promotion Period as shown on www.winjollytime.com. Each First Prize Winner will also receive a prize pack including:
- JOLLY TIME® Pop Corn Ball Maker – ARV $3
- JOLLY TIME® Orange Reusable Shopping Bag – ARV $2
- JOLLY TIME® Cinch Sack – ARV $5
- JOLLY TIME® Koozie – ARV $2
- JOLLY TIME® Ink Pen – ARV $2
- JOLLY TIME® History Book- ARV $2.27
The ARV of Each First Prize is $43.75.
Second Prize Winners: TWENTY FIVE (25) SECOND PRIZES: Each Second Prize Winner will receive one check for $25.
Actual prize value may vary. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $4,999.99.
