1. Eligibility: The all® free clear Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of
the 50 United States or District of Columbia age 18 and older or of the age of majority in their state of residence,
whichever is older. Employees, officers and directors of Sun Products Corporation (“Sponsor”), Merkley and
Partners, Alcone Marketing Group (“Alcone”) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and entities involved in the design and implementation of the
Sweepstakes and the immediate family members or members of same household of such individuals are not
eligible. “Immediate family” means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and
spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
2. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins on March 20, 2012 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on
April 30, 2012 at 12:00 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s Sweepstakes computer is the official time
keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. How To Enter: Visit the official all® page on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/allfreeclear. “Like” the page
(if you have not done so already) and accept the Sweepstakes application. Then complete and submit the entry
form with your first and last name, street address (no post office boxes), city, state, zip code, email address
(required), daytime phone number and date of birth. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM ET on April 30, 2012.
Limit of one (1) entry per person with a valid Facebook account for the entire Sweepstakes Period. In the event of
a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the
authorized account holder of the email address associated with the applicable Facebook account, at the time of
entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization
responsible for assigning email addresses. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry for the
entire Sweepstakes Period by using multiple/different email addresses/Facebook accounts, identities or any other
methods will void all that participant’s entries and that participant will be disqualified. All entries become the
exclusive property of Sponsor.
4. Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency, on or about May 14, 2012.
The random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of
eligible entries received.
5. Prizes/Approximate Retails Values (ARV): (1) Grand Prize: A GE* washer and dryer –installation and
removal of original washer and dryer not included (model numbers GFWS35005LMS and GFDS355GLMS
respectively) or equivalent (exact washer and dryer to be awarded as Grand Prize to be determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion). Grand Prize ARV: $2,500.00. (10) First Prizes: A one year supply of all® laundry detergent to
be awarded via (12) coupons (each good for 28 loads). First Prize ARV: $78.00 each.
Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $3,280. 2
6. Notification: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by express courier (“Notification”) and will be
required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where permitted, a Publicity
Release within (10) days from the date specified in the notification letter. Failure by potential Grand Prize winner
to timely return the completed documents or the return of prize notification or prize itself for any prize (as
applicable) as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner
from among all remaining eligible entries received. First Prize winners will be notified and receive their prizes by
mail.
7. Prize Restrictions: No cash or other prize substitution in whole or in part except by Sponsor at its sole
discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason for prize of comparable value. (The preceding excludes First
Prizes where ability of consumer to redeem coupon for cash is required by law.) No prize transfers. Taxes on
prize and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of prize and not specified in these Official Rules are
the sole responsibility of the Winners. For Grand Prize, an IRS Form 1099 for the total fair market value of the
prize will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service and a copy provided to Winner. Coupons subject to terms
and conditions of use as indicated thereon. Limit one prize per family, household or address.
8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to
release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., Merkley and Partners, Alcone, and their
respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective
shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from and
against any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including personal
injury and/or death or property damage, sustained in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion, or
from his/her receipt, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of any prize/prize component, or for any error
in the announcement of any prize; (c) that the foregoing Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any
manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law,
relating to any prize (except for Sponsor’s product); and (d) if a winner, by accepting a prize, to the use (except
where prohibited by law) of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness by Sponsor or any party authorized by
Sponsor for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media without review or additional compensation
and, upon request, to provide such consent in writing.
9. Liability Limitations: Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and
representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be
liable for: (a) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials and in the event of any
inconsistency between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail,
govern and control, (b) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions,
failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or any human error which may
occur in the collection and processing of entries; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer
transmissions; or (d) lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof
should viruses, bugs, technical difficulties, suspected or actual electronic tampering, or other causes corrupt the
administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or suspension,
notification thereof will be posted at http://www.all-laundry.com and at http://www.facebook.com/allfreeclear and
prize winners will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action
taken by Sponsor (as appropriate) or otherwise in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be
fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to void
any entries determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to have been submitted fraudulently or in contravention of
these Official Rules. If an entry is deemed to have been erroneously deleted, Sweepstakes Entities’ liability shall
be limited to replacement with another entry in the random drawing, if feasible; if not feasible, Sweepstakes
Entities shall have no liability whatsoever. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER
INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION
OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute the waiver of such provision. 3
Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut without regard to choice of law or conflict
of law principles; and any dispute arising out of or connected in any way shall be brought only in a federal or state
court in the county of Fairfield, Connecticut. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the personal
and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
independent judging agency. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstance will participant be permitted to
obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including
reasonable attorney’s fees.
10. Winners List: The First Name, Last Initial, City and State of the winners will be posted at
http://www.facebook.com/allfreeclear upon winner verification, but no later than June 30, 2012.
