“Culver’s Catch of the Day Promotion” (the “Promotion”) Official Rules
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The promotion begins on March 5, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time and the promotion ends on March 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”).
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor of the Promotion, Culver Franchising System, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “CFSI” or “Sponsor”), 1240 Water Street, Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin 53578, which rules and decisions are subject to change at any time, without notice, and which rules and decisions shall be final and binding in all respects unless and until changed by CFSI.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are Eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are located in the continental United States at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
