Eligibility: The Godiva Coffee Share the Love Campaign Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must be members of Facebook to enter; however, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Facebook is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes. Entrants must also have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Employees of Peet’s Coffee & Tea (“Sponsor”), Godiva Chocolatier, Inc., Wildfire Interactive, Inc., Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Description: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on January 23, 2012 and ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on February 9, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate individual weekly Sweepstakes (“Weekly Sweepstakes”). Each Weekly Sweepstakes begins on a Monday at 9:00:00 a.m. PT and ends at 8:59:59 a.m. PT the following Monday (“Weekly Entry Period”) except for the last Weekly Entry Period, which ends at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on Thursday, February 9, 2012. For all purposes of this Sweepstakes, the Website’s computer is the official clock and all times refer to Pacific Time (“PT”). Prospective entrants must go to www.facebook.com/GodivaCoffee (“Website”) to enter. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not Facebook.
How to Enter: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, access the Website and click the Godiva Coffee Share the Love tab. Then follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form by providing the following information: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number (including Area Code), Address, City, State, Zip Code, Date of Birth, and agree to the Official Rules (collectively, “Entry Information”). Note: You do not have to submit an essay in order to enter the Sweepstakes. In order to enter the Sweepstakes on the Website prospective entrants must use the Facebook “Like” function for the Godiva Coffee page on Facebook. You can “Unlike” the Godiva Coffee page on Facebook anytime thereafter. All required Entry Information must be completed in full, be accurate and valid. The Entry Information must match the information of the entrant that completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. After completing and submitting your Entry Information you will then receive one (1) entry into the respective Weekly Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). Sweepstakes Entries must be received by the Weekly Entry End Date/Time for that Weekly Entry Period (see Chart below). Sweepstakes Entries for the last Weekly Sweepstakes must be received by 9:00:00 a.m. PT on February 9, 2012. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person (based on email address) for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes Entries in excess of the stated limits will be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below.

Prizes/Odds of Winning: Thirty (30) weekly winners (ten (10) per Weekly Sweepstakes) will receive one (1) of the following prizes: one (1) Godiva Coffee Apron (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9.95; OR one (1) Godiva Coffee Tumbler (ARV: $5.95). Actual choice of prize awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the relevant Weekly Entry Period. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners are solely responsible for all costs, incidentals, and any other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. No cash equivalent for prizes will be available. Prizes are not transferable. However, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Prize and prize notification will be sent to a U.S. address only within the fifty (50) United States or D.C. Any depiction of prizes in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, local or other taxes arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or award of any prize including, without limitation, income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person/family/household for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes administrator is not the guarantor of any prize.
Drawing and Notification of Winners: The potential winners for each Weekly Sweepstakes will be randomly selected in a series of drawings held on or about the next business day after the end date of the respective Weekly Entry Period (“Weekly Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for such Weekly Entry Period by the Sponsor or Sponsor authorized designee. Non-winning eligible Sweepstakes Entries will not be retained and entered into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. All potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided on his/her Sweepstakes Entry within approximately five (5) days of the date his/her name was randomly selected. If a potential winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, and/or his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes. If a Prize winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her Prize may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian.
