Beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, January 6, 2012 and ending on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”), Sponsor will be running the AXE® Anarchy Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) wherein from time to time during the Promotion Period Sponsor will run separate prize giveaways (each a “Prize Giveaway”) to award a designated number of prizes for one (1) free set of new AXE Anarchy bodysprays (the “Prize”), as specified below.
